When To Visit For The Most Magical Experience
To see what Disney World looks like today, nothing beats a vacation to the most magical place on Earth. The best times of the year to go in order to avoid the worst of the crowds are January and September. You will also find that these are the cheapest times of year to visit, with the best weather you’re going to get in sunny Florida.
Arriving At The Most Magical Place on Earth
As far as getting to Disney World, most people fly and/or drive-in. Traveling with your family means that you’ll want comfort and convenience in your transportation. So even if you do fly, you may find that renting a car is your best option to get between the park and your hotel without having to wait forever to ride a crowded Disney bus. Yes, parking at the parks can become expensive, but it may be worth it for the convenience it brings with it. To have the best chance at saving money while still renting a car, consider staying at a Disney resort. When you do, you get free parking at the parks.
The Meat & Potatoes of any Disneyworld Vacation
Though you will find that the admission prices fluctuate from day to day, admission into the parks starts at $104 for two days. Anyone 10 years or older has to pay for an adult ticket to get into the parks. Depending on how large your family is, it pays to buy multi-day tickets to Disney World. The average 10-day ticket costs $44.50 per person for each day.

Magic Kingdom
With the opening of Toy Story Land, your children can experience the movie like never before. One of Disney world’s newest attractions has also been the most anticipated of the year. It has as much to offer parents as it does to offer the children who excitedly awaited its opening.aster in Disney World, it continues to be synonymous with the park. However, this is one ride that is best suited for parents as opposed to kids. If you’re traveling as a family, each parent can take a turn riding Space Mountain without having to stand in line twice.
Epcot
Illuminations are a sight to see at Epcot. Held in the evenings, it is a light show that features fireworks and lasers, with fiery explosions thrown in for dramatic effect. It is appropriate for the whole family and can often be viewed from certain World Showcase restaurants. A great way to save time and money is to make dinner reservations that inadvertently allow you to replenish your energy while you watch the night sky light up.
Hollywood Studios

Animal Kingdom
One of the top attractions at this park is the Gorilla Falls Exploration Trail. You are transported to life in the African wilderness where in addition to spotting gorillas you will also see hippos gliding through the water. As you make your way through savannas and forests you will see a bevy of exotic birds you aren’t likely to see anywhere else. Our personal favorite is the tree of life at Animal Kingdom.
New Attractions Coming To Disneyworld
Starting at the beginning of 2019, you’ll want to plan a visit to Hollywood Studios to see the new Lightning McQueen’s Racing Academy. It will be a show like no other and is fit for a general audience. You’ll get to see McQueen showing off his racing skills, something any fan of Cars can appreciate.
Magic Kingdom will soon be the home of The Incredibles Super Dance Party. In this attraction, the most popular characters from the movie will be on hand to host a rocking dance party located at Tomorrowland’s Rocket Tower Stage.
If you are a fan of Guardians of the Galaxy, be sure to check out Epcot Center’s Awesome Mix Live, held at the American Gardens Theater. Its five shows each day feature an alien band performing a spirited concert, featuring mixtapes and some great dance moves.
Keep in mind that the best way to experience the most popular rides and attractions without having to wait in line all day to do them is to get a FastPass. This tends to work differently, depending on the particular park. For example, Magic Kingdom has FastPasses for 25 of its rides/attractions, whereas that number is lower at some of the other parks. You need to reserve FastPasses before you get to the park and you can only use them on three of Magic Kingdom’s rides or attractions, so it pays to choose wisely.
At Hollywood Studios there are 14 FastPass attractions. There are strict rules as to how they are used, as Hollywood Studios tends to have more popular rides than Magic Kingdom does. FastPasses are issued in a way that makes it fair and equal for everyone.
At Epcot Center, there are 12 FastPass attractions that work much the same way they do at Hollywood Studios and Magic Kingdom. Passes are divided into group A and group B. Generally you can only use one FastPass in group A rides and attractions, as they are the most popular.
When you visit Animal Kingdom there are 13 FastPass attractions that work the same way the others do. Now that Pandora and The World of Avatar are opened in Animal Kingdom passes are divided into two groups, just as they are in most of the other parks.
